1. What are the shipping methods & charges?

Delivery within 8-20 Business Days Under Normal Conditions

Orders take up to 1-2 business days to process. Once your order has processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with your tracking number.

2. How do I track the delivery of my order?

Once your package has been dispatched (approximately 48 hours after you have placed your order) you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please visit the website of the carrier and enter the tracking number, in order to find out the location of your package.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

You can change the shipping address only if the order has not been shipped. Please double check your shipping address and make sure it is correct when you are placing the order.

4. What should I do if my package appears to have been lost?

When tracking your package its status does not appear to have changed within 72 hours, please contact our Customer Service by email support@waqtun.com. Our advisers are on hand to help you within 24 hours.
