Returns & Refunds

At Waqtun, every timepiece is created with precision and care, and we want you to experience it with complete confidence. While we stand firmly behind the quality of our watches, we also understand that sometimes circumstances change. That’s why we’ve designed a return and exchange policy that is transparent, fair, and reassuring to you—while ensuring our brand remains protected.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all customers, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Product: Returned watches must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, warranty cards, thank-you notes, and any included extras. Any item that shows signs of wear, resizing, or tampering will not be eligible.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or engraved items, limited editions, and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Refunds

Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Processing Time: Please allow 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Deductions: If the product or packaging is damaged, or if accessories are missing, Waqtun reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee of up to 20%. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for watches of equal or greater value (with the difference to be paid if higher).

Exchange requests follow the same inspection and eligibility requirements as returns.

 

Return Process

To ensure a smooth and secure return:

Email support@waqtun.com within the 14-day window to initiate your request.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Responsibility

For returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For exchanges: Waqtun will cover the shipping of the replacement item once the original has been received and approved.

We recommend using trackable, insured shipping to ensure your item reaches us safely, as Waqtun cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@waqtun.com with photos and details. Such cases will be prioritized and handled with care.

 

Final Notes

Waqtun reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness, protect against misuse, and maintain the high standard of experience we promise to every customer.
